The first one has a better CPU, but the second one's isn't bad. The first one's RAM is junk. 1066Mhz DDR3 is awful. Now, the most important part in the 1st one, the GPU, is trash. When getting a laptop for gaming just remember it is usually not possible to upgrade the video card because they are usually integrated into the motherboard so it is the most important component.
