From the way im looking at it: comp 1= better/faster processor, better ram.....little bit cheaper.

2nd computer: better graphics card/3d accelerator...

The second one by far. The first one has a better CPU, but the second one's isn't bad. The first one's RAM is junk. 1066Mhz DDR3 is awful. Now, the most important part in the 1st one, the GPU, is trash. The second one is far better, as Crysis capable better. It even has a PhysX card, a feature more and more games are using.
